Pierre Cotton has just started his domaine in 2015 and is already getting high acclimations for his wine. His wines are all inspired by tasting wines his copatriot friends, Yann Bertrand, Jules Metras, and Keke Descombes. All his wines are farmed organically and made without any sulfur. The wines go through semi-carbonic in large cement tanks.
