This fuel sending unit is compatible with an International Scout II.  It sends 75 OHMS on empty and 10 OHMS when the tank is full.  This unit fits most tanks from 6-24 inches deep.  We use ours with light modification on our custom built 30 Gallon Gas Tanks.
