Gaspard Pinot Noir is made naturally from sustainable farming grapes grown in the Loire Valley. The Pinot Noir grapes undergo semi-carbonic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 350 hl tanks. The wine is aged eight months before a light filtration and it’s bottled with a minimal addition of sulfites (less than 3g of sulfur). This is a medium-body fine wine with dark fruit and small berries on the nose, well-integrated tannins.
