These table knives feature microdenting that allows for excellent permanent sharpness, without the need for re-sharpening.
Hand wash to preserve wood finish. Freshen handles with mineral oil.
These knives, whose manufacture is signed Claude Dozorme, are 100% made in France in the workshops of Master Cutler since 1902. All stages of manufacture are integrated internally, which guarantees knives craft, of very high quality, 100% French made in Thiers, a city that proudly displays its cutlery manufacture, the history of which goes back six hundred years.
